Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a restaurant server or in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly table service to guests
- Guide guests through menu selections including classic and reinvented Tex-Mex dishes
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ensure a memorable dining experience by engaging with guests of all ages
- Collaborate respectfully with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining service quality
- Process guest orders and payments accurately
