Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous serving experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and high energy
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Texas-Mexican cuisine or willingness to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • Guide guests through menu selections and recommend dishes based on preferences
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner ensuring quality and presentation
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve complaints effectively
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
