Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least three years of progressive restaurant experience
  • one year of supervisory or management experience
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • proactive problem-solving attitude

Job Qualifications

  • minimum three years of progressive restaurant experience
  • at least one year in a supervisory or management position
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • experience in scheduling and labor cost management
  • ability to handle customer service issues professionally
  • familiarity with restaurant operational procedures

Job Duties

  • guide and lead the service team on shifts
  • assist in directing and monitoring overall restaurant operations
  • actively participate in menu change processes
  • hire, train, and supervise all restaurant staff
  • address potential issues quickly and proactively
  • maintain daily communication logs between staff and management
  • monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime to maximize productivity and profitability
