Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- three years of progressive restaurant experience
- one year supervisory or management experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual
- capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- at least one year in a supervisory or management position
- strong leadership and communication skills

- experience with labor and scheduling management
- familiarity with food and beverage operations

Job Duties
- assist in directing the team and monitoring the complete restaurant operation
- lead in an open, positive and approachable manner on a shift basis
- actively participate in the menu change process
- hire, train and supervise all staff
- address potential issues quickly, appropriately and proactively
- maintain the daily log for communication between restaurant staff and management
- aggressively monitor labor, scheduling and overtime to ensure maximum productivity and profit
