Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three years progressive experience in restaurant operations
At least one year in supervisory or management position
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in managing labor costs and scheduling
