Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years progressive experience in restaurant operations
  • At least one year in supervisory or management position
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in managing labor costs and scheduling
