Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum three years of restaurant experience
at least one year in supervisory or management role
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
capability to lead teams effectively
excellent organizational skills

Job Qualifications

at least one year in supervisory or management position

Job Duties

assist in directing the team on shifts
