Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures

Job Qualifications

  • minimum three years of progressive restaurant experience
  • at least one year in a supervisory or management position
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • experience with labor cost management
  • knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine is a plus

Job Duties

  • assist in directing the team and monitoring the complete restaurant operation on a shift basis
  • lead in an open, positive and approachable manner
  • actively participate in the menu change process
  • hire, train and supervise all staff
  • address potential issues quickly, appropriately and proactively
  • maintain the daily log for communication between restaurant staff and management
  • aggressively monitor labor, scheduling and overtime to ensure maximum productivity and profit
