Job Duties
- welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience
- maintain knowledge of food and beverage menu to assist guests with inquiries
- coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- handle guest concerns and feedback promptly and courteously
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/ess station
- support the team in executing restaurant standards and hospitality practices
