Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience
  • maintain knowledge of food and beverage menu to assist guests with inquiries
  • coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • handle guest concerns and feedback promptly and courteously
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/ess station
  • support the team in executing restaurant standards and hospitality practices
