Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain a smooth flow of guests and manage waitlists
- Provide detailed knowledge of the menu to answer guest inquiries confidently
- Collaborate closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
- Uphold the restaurant’s culture by delivering respectful and attentive service
- Handle guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the dining room area
