Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression
- Manage guest seating according to restaurant protocol
- Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Monitor guest wait times and communicate updates effectively
- Assist in managing reservations and walk-in traffic
