Job Requirements

  • Ability to provide friendly and warm hospitality
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience helpful but not required

  • Basic knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine appreciated

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression
  • Manage guest seating according to restaurant protocol
  • Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests
  • Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Monitor guest wait times and communicate updates effectively
  • Assist in managing reservations and walk-in traffic
