Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure efficient guest service
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entry area
- Manage reservation systems and waitlists
- Monitor guest flow and communicate effectively to minimize wait times
- Provide guests with menu information and answer questions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating issues promptly
