Job Requirements

- ability to greet and interact warmly with diverse guests
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational abilities
- capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- reliability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of food and beverage service preferred

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival
- manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- maintain updated knowledge of menu items and restaurant specials
- read guest behavior and respond appropriately to enhance their experience
- coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station
