- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- effective communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm
- manage waiting lists and seat guests promptly
- communicate menu details and specials to guests
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
- answer guest inquiries and assist with reservations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
- support servers and bussers as needed
