- excellent verbal communication skills
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

- maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage menus to assist guests
- manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- provide guests with information about the restaurant and specials
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating or service issues promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
