Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus to answer guest questions

  • Manage the flow of guests in the dining area to minimize wait times
  • Assist in managing reservation lists and accommodate special requests where possible
  • Provide guests with information on specials, promotions, and featured drinks
  • Handle guest concerns and enquiries with a positive and solution-oriented approach
