Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage the seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus to answer guest questions
- Work collaboratively with restaurant staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage the flow of guests in the dining area to minimize wait times
- Assist in managing reservation lists and accommodate special requests where possible
- Provide guests with information on specials, promotions, and featured drinks
- Handle guest concerns and enquiries with a positive and solution-oriented approach
