Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage the seating chart and guest flow
- provide guests with accurate information about the menu and special offerings
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
- assist in managing reservations and waitlists
