Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Positive and energetic personality

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and with a friendly, inviting demeanor
  • Manage reservations and waitlists to ensure organized seating
  • Provide guests with information on menu items, including food and beverage offerings
  • Coordinate with the serving staff to maintain smooth flow of guests in the dining area
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess stand and entrance area
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
