Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and with a friendly, inviting demeanor
- Manage reservations and waitlists to ensure organized seating
- Provide guests with information on menu items, including food and beverage offerings
- Coordinate with the serving staff to maintain smooth flow of guests in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess stand and entrance area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
