Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements
  • maintain an organized and welcoming host stand
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to manage guest flow
  • monitor guest behavior and respond to needs to enhance their dining experience
  • coordinate reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • assist with general front-of-house duties as needed
  • ensure cleanliness and orderliness of entrance and waiting areas
