- minimum of 10 years progressive restaurant experience
- at least 5 years in senior management roles
- ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations by managing the team in an open, positive, and approachable manner
- monitor restaurant operations including seating and menu changes
- hire, train, and develop all staff members
- monitor guest service and team performance to proactively meet guests' needs
- lead daily team meetings fostering an educational and positive work environment
- anticipate and resolve operational challenges promptly
- ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
