Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum ten years of experience in the restaurant industry
  • at least five years in a senior management or leadership position
  • strong communication skills
  • demonstrated ability to manage restaurant operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proven track record of leading and developing teams
  • ability to maintain a positive work environment
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of ten years of progressive restaurant experience preferred
  • at least five years in senior management or equivalent leadership role
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • experience in monitoring restaurant operations including seating and menu management

Job Duties

  • lead all aspects of restaurant operations
