Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 10 years progressive restaurant experience
  • at least 5 years in senior management
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service management

  • at least 5 years in senior management roles

Job Duties

  • lead all aspects of restaurant operations
  • helm the team in an open, positive and approachable manner
  • monitor the restaurant in its entirety including seating control and menu oversight
  • hire, train and develop all staff members
  • monitor service and team performance to ensure guest satisfaction
  • anticipate and proactively address guests' needs
  • lead daily team meetings to foster a positive and educational work environment
