Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary degree or certification preferred
- minimum 10 years of culinary experience
- at least 5 years in senior kitchen management
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to handle kitchen demands
- strong organizational skills
- commitment to maintaining high food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive culinary experience
- 5 years in senior management roles
- strong leadership and team management skills
- expertise in Tex-Mex cuisine preferred
- ability to lead training and development programs
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in managing food costs and inventory
Job Duties
- lead the culinary team and direct day-to-day kitchen operations including production and preparation
- oversee special events, purchasing, and receiving processes
- review and evaluate daily guest feedback to improve service
- ensure recipe execution and education for culinary and service staff
- manage food production and plating during service
- train line cooks efficiently and effectively
- maintain or exceed budgeted food cost percentages
