Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 10 years of culinary experience
  • at least 5 years in a senior management role
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead the entire culinary team
  • direct day-to-day kitchen operations including production and prep
  • manage special events, purchasing, and receiving
  • ensure culinary staff efficiency and productivity
  • review and evaluate daily guest feedback
  • oversee recipe execution and culinary education
  • train line cooks
  • maintain budgeted food cost percentage
  • foster an educational environment for culinary staff advancement
