Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary certification preferred
  • proven culinary management experience
  • ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent interpersonal skills

  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive culinary experience
  • at least 5 years in senior culinary management
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • proficiency in kitchen operations and food cost management
  • excellent communication and training abilities
  • ability to implement high standards of culinary execution and guest service
  • experience in managing special events and purchasing processes

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the entire culinary team
  • direct day-to-day kitchen operations including production, prep, special events, and purchasing
  • review and evaluate daily guest feedback to ensure satisfaction
  • oversee recipe execution and continuous education for culinary and service staff
  • monitor and control food costs to meet budgeted targets
  • train and develop line cooks for efficiency and skill advancement
  • foster an educational environment to support culinary staff growth and future promotions
