- Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary certification preferred
- proven culinary management experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive culinary experience
- at least 5 years in senior culinary management
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- proficiency in kitchen operations and food cost management
- excellent communication and training abilities
- ability to implement high standards of culinary execution and guest service
- experience in managing special events and purchasing processes
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the entire culinary team
- direct day-to-day kitchen operations including production, prep, special events, and purchasing
- review and evaluate daily guest feedback to ensure satisfaction
- oversee recipe execution and continuous education for culinary and service staff
- monitor and control food costs to meet budgeted targets
- train and develop line cooks for efficiency and skill advancement
- foster an educational environment to support culinary staff growth and future promotions
