Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum 10 years of culinary experience
  • at least 5 years in a senior management role
  • proven track record in kitchen operations management
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive culinary experience preferred
  • 5 years in senior management
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • expertise in menu development and recipe execution
  • ability to manage food costs and budgets
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • experience in training and mentoring culinary staff

Job Duties

  • Lead the entire culinary team
  • direct day-to-day kitchen operations including production and prep
  • manage special events and purchasing and receiving
  • review and evaluate daily guest feedback
  • oversee recipe execution and education for culinary and service staff
  • direct food production and plating from the pass during service
  • train all line cooks efficiently
  • meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentage
  • foster an educational environment to develop culinary staff for advancement
