Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 10 years progressive culinary experience
  • at least 5 years in senior management
  • proven leadership abilities
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive culinary experience preferred
  • 5 years in senior management roles

  • expertise in recipe execution and culinary training

  • experience in Tex-Mex or similar cuisine preferred

Job Duties

  • lead the entire culinary team
  • direct day-to-day kitchen operations including production and prep
  • oversee special events, purchasing, and receiving
  • ensure efficiency and productivity to achieve guest satisfaction
  • review and evaluate daily guest feedback
  • oversee recipe execution and education for culinary and service staff
  • train line cooks effectively
  • meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentage
  • foster an educational environment for staff development
