Job Requirements

  • at least 10 years culinary experience
  • minimum 5 years in senior management roles
  • proven leadership capabilities
  • strong knowledge of kitchen operations
  • ability to train and mentor staff
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to review and act on guest feedback
  • must be able to manage food costs within budget

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 10 years progressive culinary experience
  • at least 5 years senior management experience
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • expertise in Tex-Mex cuisine preferred
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

  • experience in culinary training and recipe execution

Job Duties

  • lead the entire culinary team
  • direct day-to-day kitchen operations including production, prep, special events, purchasing and receiving
  • ensure culinary employees maximize efficiency and productivity
  • review and evaluate daily guest feedback
  • oversee recipe execution and education for culinary and service staff
  • direct food production and plating during service
  • properly and efficiently train line cooks
  • meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentage
  • foster an educational environment for culinary staff development
