Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • extensive experience in culinary arts
  • prior leadership experience in a restaurant kitchen
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • capacity to handle a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive culinary experience
  • 5 years in senior management or executive roles
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • expertise in menu development and food cost control
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to train and develop staff
  • knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • lead the culinary team and daily kitchen operations
  • direct food production, prep, and plating during service
  • oversee purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
  • ensure recipe execution and train culinary and service staff
  • review and evaluate daily guest feedback to maintain satisfaction
  • manage food costs to meet or exceed budget targets
  • foster a culture of education and development for culinary staff
