Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary degree preferred
- 10 years culinary experience with 5 years in management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- proficiency in inventory management and budgeting
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to maintain quality and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 10 years progressive culinary experience
- at least 5 years in senior management
- proven leadership skills
- strong knowledge of kitchen operations
- ability to train and develop staff
- experience managing food costs
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- lead the entire culinary team
- direct day-to-day kitchen operations including production and prep
- oversee special events, purchasing, and receiving
- maximize efficiency and productivity among culinary staff
- review and evaluate daily guest feedback
- ensure recipe execution and staff education
- manage food production and plating during service
- train and develop line cooks
- meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentage
- foster an educational environment for culinary staff advancement
