Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • proven senior management culinary experience
  • ability to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure environments
  • strong attention to detail
  • effective interpersonal skills
  • willing to continuously learn and improve
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 10 years of progressive culinary experience
  • at least 5 years in senior management roles
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • expertise in food production and kitchen operations
  • ability to train and mentor culinary staff
  • knowledge of food cost control and budget management
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • lead the entire culinary team
  • direct day-to-day kitchen operations including production, prep, special events, purchasing and receiving
  • ensure culinary employees maximize efficiency and productivity
  • review and evaluate daily guest feedback
  • oversee recipe execution and education for culinary and service staff
  • direct food production and plating during service
  • train line cooks efficiently
  • meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentages
  • foster an educational environment for staff development
