Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least ten years of culinary experience
  • minimum five years in senior management
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong leadership qualities
  • excellent culinary skills
  • ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

Job Qualifications

  • minimum ten years of progressive culinary experience
  • at least five years in senior culinary management
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • expertise in food production and kitchen operations
  • ability to manage budgets and control food costs
  • demonstrated ability to train and mentor culinary staff
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • lead and direct the culinary team
  • manage day-to-day kitchen operations including production, prep, purchasing, and receiving
  • oversee food production and plating during service
  • ensure recipe execution and culinary education for all staff
  • review and act on daily guest feedback
  • train line cooks efficiently
  • meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentage
