Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
  • Proven culinary management experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive culinary experience
  • At least 5 years in senior management roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to manage food cost and kitchen budgets
  • Excellent knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine and culinary techniques
  • Effective communication and training skills
  • Ability to foster a positive and educational work environment

Job Duties

  • Lead the entire culinary team and oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
  • direct food production, prep, special events, purchasing, and receiving
  • review and evaluate daily guest feedback to ensure satisfaction
  • oversee recipe execution and provide education to culinary and service staff
  • manage food production and plating during service efficiently
  • train and develop line cooks to maximize productivity
  • meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentages
