Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant kitchen or similar environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to company policies and safety protocols
- legal authorization to work in the country

- previous experience operating a dish machine in a high-volume restaurant

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- operate dish machine efficiently and safely
- support culinary team during service to ensure smooth operations
- uphold recipe integrity by assisting with proper handling of kitchen tools and equipment
- monitor and restock kitchen supplies as needed
- comply with health and safety regulations
- assist with general kitchen maintenance and organization
