- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous dishwashing or stewarding experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishwashing areas

- Ensure dishes and cooking equipment are cleaned and ready for use
- Follow health and safety standards rigorously
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling
