Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous dishwashing or stewarding experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to follow instructions and maintain kitchen standards
  • reliable and punctual
  • physically able to handle kitchen duties

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience operating dish machine in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • operate dish machine efficiently in high-volume conditions
  • support culinary team during service hours
  • ensure integrity of recipes and kitchen standards
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
  • assist with stock and supply organization
  • cooperate with team members to provide a smooth service experience
