- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or dishwashing role preferred
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Operate dish machine in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Support culinary team by efficiently managing dishwashing tasks
- Ensure the integrity of recipes by following proper handling and cleanliness protocols
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages
