Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience operating dish machines in high-volume restaurants preferred

Job Duties

  • operate dish machines efficiently during service
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dish areas
  • support culinary team with timely cleaning and restocking
  • adhere to safety and health regulations
  • assist with waste management and recycling
  • ensure all dishes, pots, and pans are cleaned and ready for use
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
