Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- operate dish machines efficiently during service
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dish areas
- support culinary team with timely cleaning and restocking

- ensure all dishes, pots, and pans are cleaned and ready for use
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
