Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen steward role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- good physical stamina
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- operate dish machine and maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas
- support culinary team in efficient manner during service
- assist in maintaining the integrity of recipes
- ensure all dishes and utensils meet sanitation standards
- manage waste disposal and organization of cleaning supplies
- collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- follow all health and safety regulations
