Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift heavy items
  • basic understanding of kitchen hygiene standards
  • ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • operating the dish machine efficiently during service
  • maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dish areas

  • assisting with the disposal of kitchen waste and recycling
  • collaborating with team members to uphold kitchen standards
  • helping maintain the integrity of recipes by supporting the cooking process as needed
