- prior kitchen or culinary experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures

Job Duties
- follow established recipes and culinary standards to prepare quality Tex-Mex dishes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- monitor food stock and report shortages to management
- assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction
- adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations
- collaborate effectively with kitchen team members
- take direction from management and implement feedback promptly
