Job Duties
- prepare various Tex-Mex dishes following established recipes and culinary standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly
- ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed
- collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food production during busy periods
- monitor ingredient inventory and communicate needs to management
- contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
