- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Food handler’s certification or willingness to obtain
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is an advantage
- Knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food is produced to the highest quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Adapt quickly to high-volume and fast-paced work environment
- Assist in inventory management and stock control as needed
