Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year bartending experience
- valid alcohol service certification if required by state law
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to handle cash and operate point of sale systems
- must be at least 21 years old
Job Qualifications
- previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting
- strong knowledge of mixology and beverage trends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
- ensure inventory levels and place orders for bar supplies
- collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service
- educate guests on beverage menus and cocktail histories
- comply with all health and safety regulations
