Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year bartending experience
  • valid alcohol service certification if required by state law
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to handle cash and operate point of sale systems
  • must be at least 21 years old

Job Qualifications

  • previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting
  • strong knowledge of mixology and beverage trends
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
  • ensure inventory levels and place orders for bar supplies
  • collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service
  • educate guests on beverage menus and cocktail histories
  • comply with all health and safety regulations
