Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- prior experience in bartending or mixology
- ability to stand for long periods
- strong attention to detail
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- previous bartending experience
- knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
- customer service oriented
- familiarity with Texas-made spirits preferred
Job Duties
- prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure all beverages meet quality standards
- provide exceptional guest service by engaging and educating customers about the drink menu
- collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate timely service
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- adhere to all safety and health regulations
