Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Ability to multitask and handle stress in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of Texas-made spirits and Tex-Mex beverage culture is a plus
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Food handler certification is preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to Superica recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
- Ensure proper inventory and restocking of bar supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service
- Educate guests about the beverage menu and cocktail stories
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
