Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be of legal drinking age
  • Ability to multitask and handle stress in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge of Texas-made spirits and Tex-Mex beverage culture is a plus
  • Basic math skills and cash handling experience
  • Food handler certification is preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to Superica recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
  • Ensure proper inventory and restocking of bar supplies
  • Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service
  • Educate guests about the beverage menu and cocktail stories
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
