Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of bartending experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Capable of standing for long periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with Texas spirits and Tex-Mex cocktail culture
- Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory

Job Duties
- Create and serve margaritas and cocktails emphasizing Texas-made spirits
- Maintain high standards of bar product quality
- Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Educate guests about the inspiration and history behind beverage selections
- Manage bar inventory and restocking efficiently
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide excellent customer service and engage guests with friendly communication
