Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of bartending experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Capable of standing for long periods
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with Texas spirits and Tex-Mex cocktail culture
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Create and serve margaritas and cocktails emphasizing Texas-made spirits
  • Maintain high standards of bar product quality
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
  • Educate guests about the inspiration and history behind beverage selections
  • Manage bar inventory and restocking efficiently
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage guests with friendly communication
