Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Strong communication skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service
Job Qualifications
- Proven bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work creatively and independently
- Knowledge of Texas-made spirits and cocktail recipes preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Customer service oriented
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve margaritas, beer, and cocktails in accordance with Superica's beverage program
- Maintain quality and cleanliness standards at the bar
- Collaborate with staff to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Educate guests on cocktail inspiration and history
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Uphold safety and sanitation protocols
