Job Requirements

- Previous bartending experience
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for serving others
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

- Experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and ability to make classic cocktails from memory
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Passion for Tex-Mex cuisine and beverage culture
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Basic understanding of beverage inventory and bar equipment
Job Duties
- Mix cocktails and drinks from menu recipes and memory
- Serve guests at the bar and in the dining room with exceptional service
- Multi-task and maintain composure during high-pressure situations such as busy service times
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure beverage quality and availability
- Educate guests on cocktail inspirations and menu history to enhance their experience
- Manage orders for in-house service, taco truck, and to-go margaritas
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
