Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for serving others
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and ability to make classic cocktails from memory
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Passion for Tex-Mex cuisine and beverage culture
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Basic understanding of beverage inventory and bar equipment

Job Duties

  • Mix cocktails and drinks from menu recipes and memory
  • Serve guests at the bar and in the dining room with exceptional service
  • Multi-task and maintain composure during high-pressure situations such as busy service times
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure beverage quality and availability
  • Educate guests on cocktail inspirations and menu history to enhance their experience
  • Manage orders for in-house service, taco truck, and to-go margaritas
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
