Job Requirements

- Minimum one year of experience in baking or pastry production
- Ability to work late night to early morning shifts
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries including croissants
- Ensure all products meet company quality and safety standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations adhering to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and baking schedules
- Monitor equipment operation and report any malfunctions
- Adapt quickly to changes in production needs while maintaining composure
