Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in baking or pastry production
  • Ability to work late night to early morning shifts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to handle the demands of a bakery environment
  • Commitment to punctuality and teamwork

  • One year of pastry and bread experience including mixing, shaping and croissant production
  • Ability to be reliable, punctual and team oriented
  • Detail oriented and cool under pressure
  • Following standards food safety and sanitation
  • Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
  • Have a flexible schedule and open availability

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries including croissants
  • Ensure all products meet company quality and safety standards
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations adhering to food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and baking schedules
  • Monitor equipment operation and report any malfunctions
  • Adapt quickly to changes in production needs while maintaining composure
