Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles
- basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to communicate effectively in both english and spanish
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings or evenings when needed
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques
- ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
- familiarity with facility maintenance practices including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs

Job Duties
- perform regular cleaning and janitorial duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical fixtures
- oversee preventive maintenance plans and execute facility repairs including carpentry, painting, and drywall
- respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve safety hazards
- maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
- coordinate with vendors and provide access to work areas
- support event setup and cleanup ensuring timely preparation and reset of assembly and conference rooms
